I lost 6000 apex coins and they have not been refunded yet

Unfortunately we can't help with missing coins here on the forum, it has to go through EA Help support.

You'll need to get back in touch with support directly as we can't restore lost coins/content here on the forums.

I'm not entirely sure why you were directed here and I get it's frustrating to get sent back and forth, but support are the only ones that can help with missing coins/content.
