Hey folks, this is being investigated and worked on. 

For now as @CCbathwater said the temporary fix is to change your console language to English and should allow you to get in the game. Not an ideal fix I know but a temporary one.

Hello everyone! Sorry to see that you're having issues with Rocket Arena crashing on console

So just for something to try nice and quickly and see if it makes a difference can you a try a full power cycle of the console to see if that will help.

If you're unsure how to do that I will include steps for you to follow below.

 

For PS4

-Completely turn off the PS4 by holding the power button.

-Wait for the power light to stop flashing, then remove the power cable and leave the PS4 system for 20 minutes.

-Reconnect the PS4 system and turn it on.

 

 

For Xbox One

 

  1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button  on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off...

@dabientoe Hey there! Thanks for letting me know the steps you've tried already. Could you please also try removing the Rocket Arena folder from your Documents folder, then turn off Origin Cloud sync for Rocket Arena (This should clear any settings that may potentially be causing issues) and then try launching the game.

If you could also try loading the game on a new Windows user profile with administrator privileges and see if that makes a difference.

As you're on PC would you also please attach a DXDiag report so that we can look into this a bit further, thanks! -----
