That's most unusual. I'm not sure why it went without a response. Definitely link in with the support team and they'll double check the ticket for you and help get it to Terms of Service.

 

Head over to help.ea.com and then select 'Contact Us' to start filling out the help ticket categories to reach the support team.

 

Depending on how many cases you've opened with them before, it may help to have the case number of the ban appeal you sent to Terms of Service ready so they can search for that case quicker. You can view your previous cases from your 'My Cases' tab (found under the 'Accounts' heading) on help.ea.com once you're logged in.

Thank you for sharing that context. If there's been no case created yet to appeal your ban, there's nothing for Terms of Service to be able to respond to. Creating a thread or post on the forums wouldn't count, we can't help with ban account cases through here.

I'd recommend starting with filling out the webform to create a Terms of Service case if you believe the ban on your EA Account/game was placed mistakenly. EA bans applies to the EA account or the EA game.

Hi @glzp502,

No, not your computer. That's not something EA do to the best of my awareness.

It's likely the EA account you're logging in with received the ban. I really wouldn't be able to help offer any insights into your specific ban though if you do have one.

Please follow the advise I've shared above to appeal the ban. If you're not sure it even is a ban, reach out to the support team, they'll let you know if your accounts been banned.
