That's most unusual. I'm not sure why it went without a response. Definitely link in with the support team and they'll double check the ticket for you and help get it to Terms of Service.
Head over to help.ea.com and then select 'Contact Us' to start filling out the help ticket categories to reach the support team.
Depending on how many cases you've opened with them before, it may help to have the case number of the ban appeal you sent to Terms of Service ready so they can search for that case quicker. You can view your previous cases from your 'My Cases' tab (found under the 'Accounts' heading) on help.ea.com once you're logged in.
