If you need help unlinking your PlayStation accounts, then you should reach out to our live support team via the following link:

They can help you unlink your old PlayStation accounts. But note that you won't be able to link a new PlayStation account:

"An EA Account can only have one of each platform account linked at a time. This means that you can’t link an EA Account to two PlayStation™Network IDs, for example. Instead, you’ll need to create a new EA Account to link to your additional platform accounts."
So if you're looking to unlink with the intention of linking a new PlayStation account, you're better off creating a new EA account instead.
