Thanks for following up and letting me know! I'm glad to hear you were able to play again. 

Hey @MasTerMinD1064, 

Uninstalling and reinstalling shouldn't have caused you to lose any progress since that's all saved on the servers, not locally. 

Did you unlink your Xbox account from the EA Account where you had originally linked it?
