[2023] Account says banned in game but nothing on website

Not all bans may appear on the ban history on our profile.  I'd suggest contacting the Terms of Service Team to request a review of your account. They'll be able to look into the ban and see if there's anything that can be done. To find out how to create a case with them, simply head over to the EA Help website for more information.
