Hello @a281695db3b9a6b2

Based on the error you are receiving, it seems like your PlayStation is linked to a different EA account. In order to resolve the issue, you usually need to try and locate the correct EA account that is linked to your PlayStation and reset the password on it. If you are having difficulties with resetting the password or locating the correct EA account, please try and contact customer support.

Hello @unopiece

Can you please check "Connections" tab in Account settings to see if your PlayStation is linked to the EA account that you are resetting the password on?

Hello @sunshine2127

Please let me know, can you see your PlayStation in the "Connection" tab in the account settings?

Hello @badplayer09

Usually, just accessing the game from PlayStation console would ask you to log in to your EA account to play the game. Can you please let me know, are you getting any errors when trying to play Apex Legends through your PlayStation 5?

If you are not seeing a linked PlayStation in the "Connection" tab, but you are still getting a reset password message, that means that your PlayStation is linked to a different EA account. PlayStation's account could have been linked to another EA account if you ever played any of the EA games on that PlayStation account. If you are having difficulties locating the correct EA account, please try and contact customer support.
