Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do to help in this situation. Our Terms of Service team is the only team that can look into this for you.

The only way to dispute the ban is to talk to our Terms of Service team. If the Terms of Service team has already reviewed your dispute multiple times and determined that the actions taken were correct, then I'm afraid the ban is there to stay.

You should be able to get your progress back if you will link your Steam back to the EA account that it was unlinked from. Please try contacting customer support. They might be able to help with unlinking.

In situations like this, before your Steam can be unlinked, you will need to speak to the Terms of Service team to appeal the ban on your EA account.
