Taking a look over the account here, I'm not actually showing any cases have been created recently at all. Just to be sure, have you tried going through these steps to appeal with our Terms of Service team?

Going through these particular steps should create a case that you're then able to track here.

 

The TOS team will reach back out to you via email once they've finished investigating the case so long as it's creating using the steps above.
