I'm sorry to hear this happened to you. It's never a great feeling to discover your account has been compromised and items were taken. 

 

While we can't look into this from the forums, I strongly recommend following these steps to help re-secure your account. As you've mentioned, accounts linked to your EA account can be used to access the Ea account too so it's important to ensure they are secure also. Please make sure to take advantage of the security settings available for any of the connected accounts linked up to the EA account as a result. Examples of connected accounts include the email address registered, accounts such as SteamAmazon and Twitch, Console accounts (PlayStationXboxNintendo Switch, etc), mobile accounts (Apple IDGoogle Play) and Social Media accounts (Facebook). 

 

Once you've updated your security settings, our support team can take a look into the missing content side of things for you. Use the steps in this EA Help guide to connect with the support team:

In terms of a ban, the Terms of Service team is the only team who handles ban. To have this looked into to see if a ban was added correctly or by mistake, you'll need to contact them. You can reach them by filling out the webform and that'll send in an appeal to that team.
