Description Mirage Recipe Correction

Whoa! Rumor has it my secret family pork chop recipe made it out into the whole Outlands and…whoops… it’s a tad bit off. Math was never my fort…fart…forfeit? My thing! Sorry, ma. Here we go now with a little extra Mirage!

Glaze:

Dijon mustard (about 90ml or 3 oz)

Honey (110ml or about 4oz)

Maple Syrup (30 ml or 2 tbsps)

Cinnamon (pinch)

Ground cloves (pinch)

Hand squeezed pineapple (about 15ml or 1 tbsp - optional, but personally my favorite)

Pork Chops:

Salt & Pepper (sprinkle good)

Cayenne (pinch)

Brown sugar (sprinkle on both sides - optional, but personally my favorite)

Cook:

Sear Pork Chops on both sides.

Glaze both chops.

Bake in the oven at 190 C (375 F) for 10-12 mins or until cooked at least 63 C (145 F)
