You should have received an email with a bit more information regarding any account actions. Any actions would be based on activity found in our records, not just on something like your k/d ratio.

 

If you haven't already, do feel free to submit an appeal if you feel that action was incorrect, and our Terms of Service team can take another look at the ban for you.

Hey @emox,

A ban is not always applied instantly, as our records and (depending on the situation) player reports would need to be investigated before an action is taken.

That is to say, there may be a short time delay between certain behavior and an action being applied.

There's also the possibility that someone else accessed the account while you weren't playing and resulted in a ban, so I'd be sure to check your account security as well: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/how-to-maintain-account-security/
