[2023] Lost Heirloom Shards after collection event?!

I got heirloom shards right before the start of the most recent collection event and was saving them till after cause I wanted to get Fuses heirloom. Hadn’t logged in since before the collection event, and now that I look, they are gone! Anyone having similar problems?!
