If you aren't sure of the email address on your EA Account, or if you can't access the email address that it's registered to, I would recommend setting up a case with the Account Recovery team so they can take a look. They'll need to review your account and see if they can help you get the email address updated. 

When you've got a chance please fill out the form on the EA Help website to get a case set up with them. They'll follow up with you via email as soon as they've been able to investigate your account.
