I'm sorry to hear that. We're not able to investigate hacked account reports from the forums but if you're concerned someone's hacked your account, please go through resetting these security steps asap. Then get in touch with our support team directly. An advisor can help make sure the account is secure if there are still any concerns after that point and help however they can with any missing content.

 

I'd also recommend taking advantage of the security settings available for any of the connected accounts linked up to the EA account as well to ensure they are also secure. Examples of connected accounts include the email address registered, accounts such as Steam, Amazon and Twitch, Console accounts (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, etc), mobile accounts (Apple ID, Google Play) and Social Media accounts (Facebook).
