In regards to a response time, you are not alone in waiting this long. Many other players on this forum report similar wait times. Reports  suggest that the average response time is quite long at the moment and it may take a while before you hear back from the Terms or Service team again. Once they have received your case and completed their investigation into the ban, they'll reach out to you via email from this address: [email protected].

 

You've mentioned you've already heard back from them twice and have sent in a 3rd appeal on the 10th of February. On that, please be aware that Terms of service have a limit on the amount of investigations they will carry out on the same ban. I believe 3 is that limit so whatever the investigation confirms this time, that will be it.

If you've sent in more than one appeal, 3 max will prompt an investigation and response asap from Terms of Service.

Yes, last May there was a faster response time and less appeals in the queue to reach Terms of Service. This has since increased on both accounts based on the reports from the boards. I'm afraid we don't have a way of seeing exactly how long an investigation might take.
