Hey @iqingyuyu,

Typically we would see a negative coin balance like this if a recent coin purchase has been refunded.

Please take a look through our article here for more info, or see below.

Why is my Apex Coin balance negative?

If you get a refund in real-world currency, we’ll take an equivalent amount of Apex Coins from your Wallet. If you don’t have enough Apex Coins to cover your refund, your balance will be negative.

New purchases of Apex Coins will first be applied to your negative balance.

Any additional coins purchased after this point would go towards correcting the negative balance before they're available to use for further purchases.

Hi @ALGS-DEV,

Please see the post above. If you have a negative balance, that means the coins were already spent when the refund was processed. Mako.png

Hey @SpoitIDEA,

You wouldn't get banned for having a negative balance, nope!

That would just mean any Apex Coins added to your account will go towards paying back that negative balance before they can be used for other purchases.

We have a bit more information about this situation in our Apex Coins article here, however the only situation where your Apex Coins will go into the negative is when you receive a refund or issue a chargeback for the payment method originally used to purchase those Apex Coins.
If you did not personally request a refund/chargeback, you may want to check with anyone else who uses your account or with the owner of the bank account used (if it is not you) in case they requested this.   Mako.png
