I understand that it's really frustrating to deal with disconnections like this, especially when you're playing a ranked game. Can we try out some troubleshooting to see if we can help stop this from happening? 

When you've got the chance please try running through the basic connectivity troubleshooting steps from the EA Help website first to see if that helps. If you're still seeing any sort of connection issues happening after that check out the PC-specific steps as well.
