We are unable to assist with updating account information on the forums, If you would like to look at unlinking a persona from your EA Account we have a help article here with some information on it. However, you will need to get in touch with an EA Advisor for assistance, please keep in mind there are restrictions and limitation with this so the advisor will be able to investigate and look into your account further.
