[2021] Wattson Heirloom Unlocked yet unusable

Hi @AngryAndy87DJ, sorry to read that you are having some difficulties with the new Heirloom!

 

Quick question, just to be sure I have the full picture: did you already head over to the Wattson' Skin tab and click on the checkbox on the right side of the character preview to equip the Heirloom?
