[2020] Not recieving battlepass rewards

Hey @j-shotz-93. 

If you're still not seeing any of the rewards from your Battlepass I'd recommend reaching out to the EA Help team so they can take a look. They should be able to pull up your account and see what might have happened. You can find more info on how to set up a case with them over at the EA Help website. 

In regards to the challenges not appearing, that's an issue that the Apex Legends team is aware of. There are plans to fix this in an update on Wednesday. For more info check out the Megathread over at the Bug Reports board:
