It's possible you received this skin, but when the rollback occurred, it went to at a time before the skin was received. Unfortunately, we're not able to replace them in this case.

You'll need to contact an advisor to ask if this can be replaced. Typically, when a code is obtained from a 3rd party like Amazon, they would be responsible for replacing it if you're not getting what the code is supposed to supply.
