Thanks for reaching out to us on Answers HQ, but you're through to the forum team on here. We won't know why you're EA account might be banned, sorry. You're looking for the Terms of Service team, they would exclusively help and discuss ban cases. If you believe there's been some sort of mix-up with the application of a ban, they can be reached by filling out the webform (that sends in an appeal to them).

 

You might be able to get some context in the meantime by taking a look through your emails for a message from them. They aim to send one out when a ban has been added. It may specify the general rule broken, for example: ban applied for cheating/hacking/hate speech/etc. For more on those, this article may help: "Play by the rules in Apex Legends

The Terms of Service team review the account when an appeal goes in to see if the rules were broken or if there's been some sort of a mix up with the ban.  It sounds like they've looked into this a few times for you already going by what you've shared, and each time confirmed the ban is remaining in place. 

 

Ultimately, there are only so many times the same information can be reviewed while hoping for a different outcome, however so there is a limit on the amount of appeals that can be sent in for the same ban review, and if the appeals aren't getting any more responses it'd suggest you've reached that. Saying that, If you have new or additional information that was not originally included in your other appeals and you feel those insights would help with the ban review, you're always welcome to create a new appeal.

On Answers HQ, we're limited in the assistance we can offer and bans or suspensions are one of those cases where we're not able to help much. We can't look into them and we can't lift them. The Terms of Service exclusively handle those cases. If they determined that the ban should remain in place, I'm afraid that means the account will stay banned. 

 

I'm sorry, I know you were hoping for different news.
