[2020] Gameplay issues

It sounds like the connection to the game is dropping. We should run through some steps to see if we can help prevent this from happening to you again. 

First, I'd recommend checking out the basic connection troubleshooting steps from the EA Help website. They can help with a lot of different connection issues. If you're still having any trouble after that the Xbox-specific steps may also help as well.
