Hi @gtnz5211

I've seen this same error come up from time to time. Can we try running through some steps to see if we can help fix that here. First, can you try repairing the game in Origin to see if that helps at all?

If you right-click on Apex Legends in your Origin Library you should see the Repair option in the menu that comes up. Let me know if you're still running into the same error message after that.

Hi @gtnz5211

Were you able to try repairing the game? Are you still seeing the same error as before?

I'm having same issue. My game crashed after when game ends during the daily quest reset, maybe that's the problem, me completed some non existing daily quest because previous one replaced with new ones.

Are you still getting this same error message after repairing the game? If there's a missing asset or something like that causing this error repairing might help. Let me know if that makes a difference for you. Thanks!

Hi @mished92

Thanks for giving the repair a shot.

When you have a chance could you grab a DxDiag and share it here? For more info on how to pull it up check out the EA Help website

Once you have the file please attach it to this thread. Thanks again!

@mished92

Thanks! I appreciate that.

When you have a chance can you try setting up a Clean Boot on your PC to see if that helps at all with the error you're seeing? If there's anything else running that could be interfering with Apex Legends then a Clean Boot might help get around it.

For more information on how to set one up check out the EA Help website. Let me know if you're still getting the same error message after that.
