Xbox Survivors, In approximately 15 minutes we'll be redeploying our Official Network to v800.26. This will resolve the disconnection or shutdown issues players are experiencing with character transfers or connecting to our servers.

We're also investigating an issue with the Win10 version where players are unable to sign in. The latest client is in cert and may fix the issue. We'll update you with more info as we have it. Thank you for your patience and hopefully we can reunite you with your dinos soon.
