External link →This is a side effect of dupe protection that's part of the rollback process. You have to work with support to restore anything that you lost. My apologies for the inconvenience.
This is a side effect of not rolling the servers back to the same time. How you gonna roll back 1 server 1 hour, but another server 2 days, all in the same cluster. Anyone on ORP crossark6 that was not on the island Tuesday at around 5pm, but was on the server today when it went down lost their character.
We're bringing those servers back to the correct time.
Just a clarification if we will be able to get tek grams and imprints back.
Support restores imprints.
/u/WC_ChrisW please can you clarify. Are you bringing all the servers like mine (extinction 464) that has rolled back to a 2-day ago backup to a more recent backup?

If you uploaded between the patch and the rollback, it's likely that you lost your character. You'll need to file a ticket with support if that's the case.
