@anySenpai @SyntacYT I think limiting the dino gates to restrict that dumb 4 gate box build is a good first step. The hatchframe builds can be countered with floor turrets, yeah?
Also, hatchframe builds are kinda needed for mega tree...at least until we balance further
To address a few responses from non-game dev peeps:
Game Dev is predominantly white & male (72% and 75% respectively with some variation depending upon country). It's becoming more diverse in recent years across all fronts, LGBTQ+ more than gender but we still have a way to go.
@ArsenicThreat nah, unionising is something for which I strongly advocate. Game Dev is a "young" industry that blew up relatively overnight. Lots of catch-up to do
@muffcabbagev4 That's the whole point my dude. It SHOULD be based on talent/skill and representation of all types of people. You're taking to me about the industry I have been in for years. Don't try and tell me how it is here on the inside

To those of you who are somehow angered by this and weren't the target of the tweet: the only people who should be mad about greater transparency re: wages across any industry are C-suite Execs

@JakeMoriarty13 @Blizzard_Ent Boycotting doesn't address the deeper systemic issue either. People who are fired (under these kind of circumstances) in AAA usually slink off to indie dev/teaching etc
There needs to be more sweeping change across the industry
