@Raasclark @NaturalCauzes You do bring up a valid point. I think there is a balance in when you use it and don't but again, it doesn't bother me. To your point though, overusing it could have the opposite effect and you get overlooked.
@Raasclark @NaturalCauzes I don't mean I would intentionally overlook you. But let's say you tag 10 things but there's really one you wanted me to see. There's a chance I might see the other 9 but not the 1.
@Gaohmee It is weird. But I think some make the assumption that decent compensation, safe workplaces, and normal work hours are a given. They should be, but they aren't
