"Be transparent"! The level of transparency that can be offered will always be somewhat limited. It's the nature of all businesses. I try to be transparent but what benefit do you get from the transparency as a gamer? What do you do with it? Does it change anything?

My point being, if that transparency is just giving people more ammo to criticize and say what was wrong, why would a company want to be more transparent? Asking because I think it's a general 'transparency' problem in corporate America. But I can also see the other side.
