[2020] Here We Go...Customer Service

Opened a ticket because I had 1k embers removed for unlocking legendary when it should have been free from my backing level. Ticket opened last year - December 20th.

Response came today....the response?

Thanks for reporting bugs...we are working on all bugs!

No specific details to my issue, just generic copy and paste response. No embers refunded which I imagine would take all over 2 minutes to add 1,000 back to my account after verifying it should have been free (which is nice btw for backers at that level granted I will give IS that).
