"Connection to the Realm timed out" whenever accessing storage

Any time I attempt to access storage on any character I get "Connection to the Realm timed out." for over 2 weeks now.
This occurs with anything that prompts storage.
Can't access normal storage NPC.
Can't access artisan NPCs.
Can't access caravans.
Can't access commodities.
I am locked to just utilizing my character's on-hand inventory.
I have tried on two different computers.
I have submitted bug reports, and I have submitted support tickets.

Has anyone else encountered this problem or know how to resolve this?
