Will epic gear be epic (epic= hard to get and like legendary = almost impossible to get) if you have that kind of system for gear quality? or vill it be like anyone will get legendary items?
In my opinion rare items should be the most common items in the end game and if you actually manage to get a full epic set it should be a kind of "wooow"-factor.
