The recent change in the PTR update for damage/healing to be dampened based on xp seems like a bit much. I myself havent done much PvP yet but can understand why this would be beneficial in those situations. I do feel like this is a very punishing mechanic tho and could turn a lot of people off. What are your guys thoughts on this and do you think this could be done a better way. I was thinking they could add something similar to res sickness in WoW so if you respawn at the nearest shrine you get a debuff for time but if you are res'd by a healer or respawn at your home shrine you don't get the debuff.
