LFGs, LFMs Please use only the Recruiting Crewmates subforum when you are looking for people to play with. The General forum gets cluttered if you post your LFGs there.
And don't forget to join our Discord[discord.gg] for more people to chat and play with!

How do I use mods? With mods published on our Steam Workshop, all you need to do is subscribe to a mod on the Workshop and then enable it in the in-game settings.
I'd like to suggest [feature]! Please do – the Development ideas subforum is for that exactly. You can also check our roadmap[trello.com] on Trello to see if we already have something like that planned.
In writing your suggestion, please bear in mind that we're a small team and have to do an unfortunate lot of prioritising when it comes to replying to community posts. Most of the time, ideas and suggestions get forwarded to designers quietly behind the scenes – so rest assured, we'll read yours even if we can't find the time to write back :)
Can you ban griefers or revoke my ban in [server]? Unfortunately there’s not much we can do. The servers are not hosted by us, so you should reach out to the owner of the server instead. Server owners may also want to consider giving moderator/admin rights to some trusted players on the server and to enable vote kicking.
Can I translate Barotrauma for you? Great to hear you like us enough to go to all that trouble, but unfortunately we're not able to use player-made translations in the game. We need to be able to verify and modify all texts, both now and in the future when Barotrauma is developed further, so player-made texts would still need to go through the formal process. As such, our publisher always handles the entire localization process.
What you can do, however, is publish your translation as a mod, and please give feedback if you spot mistakes in the localized texts!
