If none of those help, are you able to find a crash report (a file called "crashreport.log" in the game folder), or does the game display any error messages? What operating system are you playing on? Please send these details in full and we'll take a look! Without more information, it's unfortunately almost impossible know what went wrong.

Thanks! There's a workaround for Windows 7 issues in that FAQ post that you should take a look at – it works for most people with that OS, and we have included instructions in Russian, too, behind that link I sent before. I hope this helps!
