I've been monitoring this for a few days now and it's such a scumbag move. Every day the servers disappear (let's say I'm looking at 10 64/64 Breakthrough EU servers, I refresh the page and 8 of them disappear), then we immediately get insane queues on the rest of the servers.
Are they crashing? I don't think so. Happens at the same time every day. They just canceled the ME + SA servers and I guess they're trying to cut costs even from the most populated region. Pathetic.
