I think you're going to be disappointed. I believe that all this means are new country specific costume sets and weapons.
Okay, what about country specific voice lines and vehicles? This stretches beyond cosmetics. New factions would mean the U.S can use their appropriately used vehicles, like the Sherman Tank instead of the Valentine tank
I guess they could do that but look at BF1, you could use Russian Bombers on maps that had nothing to do with the Russian Army/Air Force.
