[2020] How to solve cheating with minimal effort

1. Remove nonsense that community games can't get chapter XP.

Once this is gone people will be able to kick and ban obvious cheaters that get 30 headshots in 2 min with lewis gun.

I know you're trying to make money, but community games SUCK because of lack of chapter XP and always will suck if you don't change it.
