Did you go to the Armory and check your Shipments? This is the content you should have https://www.ea.com/en-gb/games/battlefield/battlefield-5/buy/pc#year-2-edition

(The Trench Carbine was not included in that list as it was part of the Battlefest Missions. You'll be able to purchase it via your Company on November 7 with Company Coin.)

Edit: They couldn't resolve the issue. This is what I was told as a final answer:

"Okay so I have checked all the details with our specialist

And our team will investigate the issue"

Contact EA Help and they can verify if you’ve received the items in the Deluxe Edition by looking in your inventory.
