Dude, these EA Live Chat guys have absolutely no clue what I'm talking about. I've been talking with them this whole time and they're absolutely clueless as to what Year 2 Edition even is.
"I am checking the details with our specialist
And also we have reported this issue to our concerned team
And I will share the details that what you need to do"
...is what I keep getting said to me in the EA Help live chat.
Edit: They couldn't resolve the issue. This is what I was told as a final answer:
"Okay so I have checked all the details with our specialist
I really appreciate your spirit and dedication for the game 2:54 PM
I would like to tell you that we have raised the concern to our Studio team
And our team will investigate the issue"
