[2019] Nvidia Game Filters allowed?

So if you press Alt+F3, you can access Nvidia Game Filters to add some fancy effects, like a painted style, black and white, sepia, watercolor and more to the game. One of these filters is a Details effect, which adds extra sharpening and clarity to the game. Just wondering if DICE can comment to let us know their thoughts on it? Surprised by the extra effects Alt+F4 adds.

I would've though DICE would've needed to give input to Nvidia for these effects since all games do not support them.
