I'm not going to continue responding to you if you are going to continue to use vulgar insults. Full stop. There's thousands of posts I can be responding to. The choice is yours on how you interact.
And my reply covered TWO aspects of the issue:
- Some folks don't want to play Firestorm.
- Some folks are having issues accessing Firestorm. (specifically in low-population regions, so they get transferred to datacenters that are more active, impacting their gameplay with higher ping, which makes them not want to play Firestorm.)
The second part is what players in regions like South Africa, Middle East, Australia (at off-peak times), and South America (at off-peak times) are experiencing. And this is absolutely something the team is working on addressing. There's multiple options on the table on how to improve the situation, and when I have a confirmed rollout date for those fixes to be implemented, I will be sharing it in an official post.
EDIT: However, if there are connectivity issues affecting modes that literally are the first node in the ToW, it would make sense to have something that everyone can do to start the ToW, then have multiple paths, right? I think that could help alleviate some of the frustration with ToW starting with Firestorm for folks who are having connectivity/ping issues right now. More important, however, is resolving those connectivity/ping issues.
