That wasn't how the comment came off, but if that was what you meant, fair, simple missunderstanding. It more gave the impression of the same sort of we are looking into it thing as has been the case for all these months, so forgive a bit of short temper regarding that.
However if the dev team still have no plans to do something about old assignments by now i heavily doubt they will in the end regardless of the analytics and such. I'd feel, if that would actually be the case, that we (and you) would hear something more than a no.
After all the response "there are no plans to do this now" after some 8 months gives off another vibe than "we see all the feedback but right now we are prioritizing other things and will come back to this when stuff is a bit more stable" as an example. Understand what i mean?
After all, i do realize that changing an assignment that is given to players as something close to an actual object in-game probably requires a lot more work than changing how future assignment requirements work. But if that is the case, it'd be way better to actually be open about it; if that's the big blocker and dev resources are better spent, at the moment, on other things, i think most of us would appreciate and understand that.
