Update: This should now be fixed. If you had the skin before 6.2 dropped, login, wait 30s for the dot to show up next to Your Company, go to your shipments tab and claim.
Then go through to Your Company and equip the skins (for me it took another 30s or so for the systems to sync up - it'll probably be fine your end!)
Nothing to download, this was all backend for us to solve. PC is live with the change now and we're starting our process for Xbox and PS4 so give it an hour or so for the change to take affect and this one can be put to bed.

/u/PartWelsh the paint in unlocked. Body and turret locked. And no comming soon option appeared.
Coming Soon will appear later today when all platforms are up to date (you may need to relaunch the game to trigger it)
And yeah, we can see the paint is correctly out there, just turret and body but we're confident we can address this one. More updates when I have them and big thanks for bringing it to our attention so quickly!

Quick update. The team is looking at the issue to resolve it. Don't have an ETA.I do have a workaround that - thus far - seems to fix this (for those that have unlocked The Last Tiger).
If your Last Tiger customization is locked after updating to 6.2, try deleting your save file (under Documents > Battlefield V if you're on PC, in your storage for PS4/Xbox One) then restart your system, relaunch the game. Let me know if this helps.

BE ADVISED: This will delete your Save File (all campaign progression that is locally stored - it won't delete your unlocks as those are tied to your account) AND your personalized settings. When you log back in, make sure to check the Armory, under Shipments.
Do I have to delete the Battlefield V folder in the documents or any specific folder inside the Battlefield V folder?
Try deleting the whole BFV folder inside your Documents folder.

Thanks for letting me know. The team currently has tickets open on this, and POTENTIALLY will have a fix roll out tomorrow (backend). I'll keep you posted - or PartWelsh will mention it when he comes online and verifies what they'll do.
