Tank body customization is something I've been working to get a lock on for a few weeks. As soon as I have anything to share, I will. (Not the best answer, and trust me, I hate giving it on things, but it's what I have today. I got you - I want to customize tank bodies as well!)

You have to go to Origin.com or use the Origin app.

Even though you play on Xbox One, you have an Origin/EA account that is linked to your Xbox Gamertag (or PSN ID).
You'll need to sign into that account via the above mentioned places, click Redeem Code - and boom! - new emblem you can use. The cool thing about the codes I have is they work for all profiles attached to the account - so if you have PC, PS4, and Xbox One on one account and you play BFV on all those platforms, you'll have the emblem for all those platforms.

Recommendation:
These codes go fast.
Get all set up and logged in - make sure you see your Gamertag in your list of personas/profiles, go ahead and click that Redeem Code option and wait for the post.

I've corrected the OP and my replies, as noted in this thread.

Basically, from what I was just told, they didn't have the correct image. They're currently testing it in Integration to make sure it looks like the soldier skin (as we can't display an image that doesn't reflect what it looks like in-game) and the testing should be complete by tomorrow. If successful - looks correct, purchase flow with Company Coin and BFC works correctly, it will deploy with the next Armory update.

The codes were dropped on a specific thread "EA PLAY & Best Community in the World" Emblem Giveaway like 20 minutes ago. I'll update that thread with the next round in 6 1/2 hours, and again twice on Thursday.

We will have more info coming this month about Private Games and we have previously stated that they won't be coming before the end of summer. The team is working on the feature set and switches and things as I type this.

There is no mobile app. (Trust me, I've been asking for one for a couple years.)

• You would need to use the website on your mobile device.
  Open your browser (Chrome, if you have it), and go to https://origin.com.
  Sign in with your EA/Origin account (this is the account you play EA PC games on or the account that your Gamertag or PSN ID is linked to).
• Select Game Library.
• Click Add a Game in the top right corner. This will drop down an option to click Redeem Product Code.

Note: Make sure once you login that you check for your linked profiles before redeeming the code.

• Hover over your name at the bottom right of the webpage.
• On the pop-up menu, it will say "EA Account/Billing"
• This will redirect you to the Account management page. On the very first page, you'll see your account info. Scroll down to "Connected Accounts" to verify your console personas (if on console).

Unfortunately, these are the legal requirements set by the EA Legal team based on governmental agreements, shipping, etc.

Update 4.4 is still on track for the end of this month.

The Armory rotations are done by the Armory/Marketplace team based on items that are available for the Armory. As more new skins and Elites are created, they’ll cycle through. (Have shared the feedback from the community regarding skins for different weapons - something I absolutely agree with).

I don’t have anything I can share about 5v5 at this time.

Regarding Al-Sundan (I hate autocorrect on phones), this is definitely something I’ve been asking about almost daily - the latest update is they’re working to address the visual artifacting issue that creates a giant black triangle in the sky of the map and impacts gameplay. Hopefully by the end of the week/early next week we’ll have more info to share on the status of the release of Conquest for Al-Sundan.

The official contest rules have the regions and countries that are eligible to participate and the conditions and terms of the contest.

The following trophies/achievements will be fixed with the next update (4.4):

• Jack of all Trades
• Globetrotter
• Death from Above
• Elite Trophy

The notes are still going through verification. We release the notes to the public the day before the update drops. When we set a release date, we’ll have more details on the contents of the update.
