[2019] UPDATE: The new Panzer 38T "Frankreich" skin reward for Chapter 3 WAS replaced for me with the older Stug "Getüncht" skin reward from Chapter 2. I now got 2 of these...

It's been fixed on the back-end and anyone who got the wrong skin during this glitch should have it now.
