Hello.

Something happened to me yesterday night. I was investigating my crashs that I often get with my gpu (rtx80ti), and after few weeks of testing with no results I downloaded a tool from Microsoft IT’s website that scan processes crash and provide a log since the crash that BF5 is giving me doesn’t provide any logs or entries on event viewer.

10 minutes after that while I was afk on spectator mode waiting for the crash ( I told the EA support to watch my previous activity on the game. It’s been few days that I’m 100% of the time on spectator mode ), I got a mail saying that I got banned from accessing Bf5 services.

I got the ban at 21:15 eu time, so that’s why I think it was a automatic ban.

The EA support is saying that they won’t reverse the ban and is not giving me any proofs, I gave them mine but they don’t care.

My origin is protected with 2FA, my windows is clean, I’m not using cracked software, because I have hundreds of games on PC, plus BF is my main game, PC is clean and a clean installation is performed quite often.

Any help ?

Looks like it’s too late now, I’m trying tomorrow.

As I mentioned to you on Twitter, you need to appeal via the link above - and Live Support don't overturn bans. It has to be escalated to the anti-cheat team who review all appeals.

Could you guys investigate? Cheers

I already addressed this on Twitter with him. There's nothing further I can do. He needs to appeal properly.
