I’m sorry you feel that way. You can experience the map on Squad Conquest and TDM in the meantime as we fix the issues with Conquest.

We do have some Firestorm fixes and improvements as noted in the Update Notes linked in the calendar.

Unfortunately, Squad Respawn and the Loot System Update didn't make it in this update - this was miscommunicated on the Chapter 4 blog - rather than saying it was "coming in the first update", it should've noted that they're "coming in Chapter 4". We're working with the team to find out when those items will come to Firestorm.

I know that's frustrating - trust me. That frustration is shared. u/PartWelsh and I will work to get more details and an ETA on when they will be rolled out.

If you're referring to clips/videos, sometimes they're not necessary to review if the offender is already on our radar. This doesn't mean to not share them, however.

Breakthrough is a larger mode and as we're having issues with Conquest - we've opted to launch the map with the smaller modes first, resolve the crashing issue, and then roll out additional modes. As noted in another reply I've shared, we'll have more information on additional modes coming to Al-Sundan later this week.

Oh. Thanks for the clarification! It's part of the game update for tomorrow. The Dome is Firestorm specific, so it wouldn't need to wait for Al-Sundan on Thursday.

Our QA team confirmed that Al-Sundan was stable on smaller modes. Conquest specifically caused issues, which they’re looking to address as soon as possible with a potential hotfix.

My co-workers and I like each other a lot, actually. We’re like a family. But I work in LA, not Stockholm. So sometimes i have to wake up at 5am to jump on a call to get more details, and we have PartWelsh in the EU time zone for EU coverage.

And I know what’s going on with the issues and bugs - as soon as the Devs do. So... this whole post was fun.

I still haven’t seen an answer from any of the devs on one question though. Is the map going to support breakthrough? There has been no mention of it anywhere. I feel like it would be extremely unfortunate to have another situation like Panzerstorm where it’s conquest only as it seems like many players view breakthrough as a core experience now alongside conquest.

Edit: should’ve read more. Just saw your other response! My comment regarding Panzerstorm still stands. I think it would be unfortunate to begin releasing maps more frequently while not having them support both core game modes for BFV. I feel like this game should be trying to add as many new experiences as possible with the great new content on the way, not limiting those by gatekeeping maps behind 1 or 2 game modes.

Well, don’t use Chat. Follow the FAQ on how to report cheating. Advisors aren’t TOS. TOS receives the reports directly when they are submitted correctly.

I was barely awake when I saw this explode and started working around 6:30am (I usually start around 9) to figure out what happened and coordinate with u/PartWelsh on the how, why, and how to fix it. We’ll have some more info tomorrow (hopefully) as we’ve got numerous email threads going on.

It was, and I’m being 100% transparent here, more about the fact they shouldn’t have released yet and they weren’t completely finished. I’m also getting details on how many were CC items (the majority) and how many were Boins items. Like, some of them didn’t have the right names, they weren’t finished, etc. At the end of the day, it was a big error and it shouldn’t have happened, and we’re looking at the root cause of how/why so we can prevent this sort of frustration and nonsense again.

I've seen a video that goes through all of the skins that showed up, and assuming they use the same "Epic = Boins" rule as everything else, then the vast majority are intended for Cc purchase; only 1-2 camos per vehicle were Epic, with half a dozen or close to ten lower rarity camos.

Once they're actually ready to go we'll have a ton of Cc purchasable stuff to choose from, so at least that's good news. :)

Bingo. Rare/Uncommon are usually Boins or CC (you can choose which currency), Common are CC, and Epic are Boins.
