So I just tried out the M18~ shotgun and I love it. However I am confused on the slug thing, how far can I shoot properly if I aim down sight?
I though slugs would give me only 1 or 2 ammo and make it sniperish but I still see splash bullets, how does this work with the M30 Drilling aswell? That one looks a bit different compared to M18 and M12 automatic.

Alright, but since slugs still have some spread pellets that seem to 1shot in close, what's the benefits from not going slugs? The 2 extra lethal meters?
It's an animation issue. Slugs shouldn't be showing the buckshot animation. Some builds with some specializations do though. Makes it impossible to use with certain setups.
