Dear developers and CMs of DICE and EA,

I know that this chat filter discussion comes up every month. I know it's a learning algorithm. But what you see in the picture has been going on for 3 matches straight. It's probably still going on on this server. When I asked that guy what happened if you reported someone for hate speech, he proudly said "NOTHING I HAVE BEEN DOING THIS FOR YEARS".

Players have asked at the EA answers HQ, if we could have some notification if a player reported has been banned. I know that due to privacy concerns this will not be disclosed. However it would give me some peace of mind if on log-on I read: "A player you reported has been warned/banned. This would encourage players to actively report abusers.I really appreciate the chat filter, it is a good idea. But in its current form it can be worked around, or in the case you see above you do not even need to work around it.

Fellow player often encourage others to simply hide the chat. However closing your eyes does not make this go away. I want to read, what other players say. I appreciate the tactical stuff, hell I even like some lite saltiness against myself and I have been mildly salty against other players as well. But racial slurs are just too much. What plans are there for improving the chat filter?

So in my despair I summon thee, u/Braddock512 and u/tiggr . You are our only hope.

PS although I have reported that guy for hate speech through Origin, I will gladly disclose the full player tag to any legit Origin-Member that can look into this.

EDIT: reddit is hard. added the image

EDIT2: formatting is hard.

Locking and but not removing. Devs and CMS will be able to see this post but I can see what is already starting to happen in the discussion here.
